By accessing this website or engaging anvilcrs for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site.

These terms apply to the website at {{DOMAIN}} and to any service engagement entered into with anvilcrs. Specific engagements will also be governed by a separate written scope of work agreed between the parties.

Services Described

anvilcrs provides operational documentation consulting services to businesses. The services described on this website are:

• SOP Drafting Session — a facilitated session to draft a working Standard Operating Procedure document for a single repeated operational task.
• Playbook Authoring Engagement — a structured engagement to produce a working playbook for a single repeated operational scenario.
• Handover Documentation Program — a multi-week program to produce a comprehensive handover document set for a defined role family.

Descriptions on this website are provided for general information purposes. The precise scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee for any engagement are agreed in a written scope of work prior to commencement.

Scope of Work

No consulting service commences until anvilcrs and the client have agreed a written scope of work. The scope of work will specify the deliverables, the schedule, the fee, the review process, and any assumptions or exclusions.

Work outside the agreed scope may be accommodated at our discretion and will be subject to separate agreement on fee and timeline.

Fees and Payment

Indicative prices listed on this website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and represent starting prices for typical engagements. Actual fees are confirmed in the written scope of work.

Payment terms are set out in the scope of work. Where a deposit is required before work commences, this will be stated. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

We do not offer refunds for work already completed or sessions already held. Where an engagement is cancelled before commencement, any deposit paid may be applied to a rescheduled engagement at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a completed engagement, the client receives full ownership of the documents produced under that engagement — including SOPs, playbooks, and handover packs — and may use, adapt, and distribute them internally without restriction.

anvilcrs retains ownership of its own working methods, templates, frameworks, and background knowledge used in delivering the work. These are not transferred to the client.

All content on this website — including text, layout, and visual design — is the property of anvilcrs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Confidentiality

In the course of an engagement, anvilcrs may receive access to internal business information. We treat all client information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the agreed work (for example, to a subcontractor engaged under confidentiality obligations).

We expect clients to treat any proprietary methods, templates, or processes we use in the course of an engagement as confidential in kind.

Limitation of Liability

anvilcrs provides operational documentation consulting services. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice. Documents produced in our engagements are internal operational references for the client's own use.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, anvilcrs's liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Termination of Engagements

Either party may terminate a service engagement by written notice if the other party is in material breach and has not remedied the breach within 14 days of receiving written notice of it.

anvilcrs may also decline or discontinue an engagement where it reasonably concludes that proceeding would be inconsistent with its professional standards.

On termination, the client is responsible for fees covering work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a service engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Where a dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before commencing formal proceedings.
