Three engagements. Each produces one finished document.
Scoped to match your situation — from a single task to a complete role handover.
Back to HomeHow we work across all engagements
Scope agreement
We agree in writing on exactly what the engagement covers: which task, scenario, or role family; what the deliverable will contain; the timeline; and the fee. Nothing starts before scope is confirmed.
Facilitation and capture
We run the session with the person or people who currently hold the knowledge. The session follows a structured approach that surfaces inputs, steps, tools, decision points, and outputs in a sequence that maps to the deliverable.
Draft, review, finalise
We produce a draft, share it with the internal owner, incorporate feedback in a defined review round, and deliver the final document. The file is yours to maintain from that point forward.
Standard Operating Procedures Drafting Session
A facilitated session that drafts a working SOP for a single repeated operational task. The session captures the task as it actually runs — the people involved, the tools used, the inputs and outputs, and the points where decisions are made. The output is a one-page SOP document the team can review, adopt, and refine.
This engagement suits small teams that want a shared written reference for a task they currently rely on memory for.
What it covers
- Task identification and scope confirmation
- Facilitated session with the task owner
- Step sequencing, decision mapping, ownership notes
- One-page SOP draft and review round
- Final editable file delivered in Word or Google Docs

Playbook Authoring Engagement
An engagement that produces a working playbook for a single repeated operational scenario such as customer onboarding or a recurring internal review. The work covers what triggers the scenario, the steps that follow, the people responsible at each step, and the artifacts produced along the way.
The deliverable is a readable playbook document that the internal owner can maintain independently. It is more detailed than an SOP and suited to multi-person or multi-stage scenarios.
What it covers
- Scenario definition — triggers, scope, key roles
- Step-by-step sequence with ownership at each step
- Artifacts, tools, and communication templates referenced
- Exception handling and escalation paths noted
- One review round with internal owner, final delivery

Handover Documentation Program
A multi-week program that produces a comprehensive handover document set for a single role family within the company. The work includes interviews with current incumbents, draft documents, a structured review with the leadership team, and a final readable handover pack.
The pack is intended as an internal reference for use when the company brings in a successor — with regulated handover steps clearly noted as separate work for qualified internal staff.
What it covers
- Structured interviews with current role incumbents
- Mapping of responsibilities, relationships, and tools
- Draft document set for leadership review
- Review round with leadership team, revisions incorporated
- Final handover pack delivered — ready for internal succession use

Standards that apply across all engagements
Written scope before start
Every engagement begins with a written scope agreement covering deliverable, timeline, fee, and review process.
Confidentiality
All client operational information is treated as confidential. NDAs available on request. No public references to client processes.
Defined review round
One structured review round is built into every engagement. Feedback is incorporated and the file closes — not kept open for indefinite revision.
Editable deliverables
Final files are delivered in Word or Google Docs format. Your team owns the document and can update it without our involvement.
Clear professional boundary
We produce operational reference documents. We do not provide regulated financial, legal, or compliance advice. That distinction is stated in every engagement agreement.
Invoiced in RM
All fees are invoiced in Malaysian Ringgit with a deposit required at booking. No foreign currency complications for local businesses.
